By using Awesome Comment ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you post through the Service. By posting, you grant us a license to display, store, and process your content as necessary to operate the Service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal activities, or to post content that violates others' rights. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Paid plans and renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval until the organization owner cancels them in the Customer Portal. Canceling takes effect at the end of the current paid period; current access is not removed early.
Lifetime VIP refunds and disputes
A full refund or a payment dispute that is not won removes Lifetime VIP access. A partial refund does not remove the entitlement. If a dispute is won and the payment was not fully refunded, the entitlement can be restored.
